Comprehensive 3D Renders & Plans
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
For a multi-unit residential project I need a complete visual package that can serve both marketing and preliminary permitting. The scope covers the whole building, so consistency of style, lighting and materials across all views is essential.
Deliverables
• One 3D aerial (top-down) floor plan of the entire level.
• 3D aerial views for every unit type—1-bedroom / 3½, 2-bedroom / 4½, and 3-bedroom / 5½. Each view must clearly show room labels; furniture or fixture detail is optional, so keep it subtle if shown at all.
• Black-and-white aerial plans for the same three unit types, laid out in a construction-drawing style. I prefer a clean, minimalist look that still lists accurate room dimensions.
• Two exterior renderings: one of the front façade and one side elevation. Shadow studies aren’t required, just realistic daylight and true material colours.
• Interior renderings of the kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom(s) and bathroom—one carefully composed shot per space, with coherent finishes, fixtures and lighting.
File requirements
High-resolution PNG or JPEG images (minimum 4000 px on the long edge) ready for print and web. Please also include the original scene or model files (Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp or comparable) so I can request minor tweaks later without starting from scratch.
Acceptance criteria
• Correct room labelling on every aerial view.
• Dimensions on black-and-white plans match the architectural set I provide.
• Exterior cladding, glazing and balcony details correspond to the latest elevations.
• Interior finishes align with the material schedule you’ll receive at kickoff.
• All images delivered free of watermarks and colour-corrected.
Once you confirm the workflow and timeline, I’ll share DWG backgrounds, material palettes and reference photos so you can begin modelling right away.
