Comprehensive House 3D Renderings
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have full architectural plans for a new home and now need photorealistic 3-dimensional images that will guide my builder and trades. The focus is on accuracy for construction, but I also want the interiors to feel fresh and timeless through a modern palette of neutral colours that will not date quickly.
Scope
Create exterior visuals plus interior shots for every key zone:
• Living area
• Bedrooms
• Kitchen
• Garage
• Pantry & Scullery
• Outside entertainment area
• Wet room & Laundry
• All Bathrooms
Please model directly from the supplied plans, respecting wall thicknesses, ceiling heights, window and door placements, and any structural details that affect cabinetry or built-ins. Furniture and fittings should follow a clean-lined, modern aesthetic; think subtle textures, subdued tones, and natural materials that keep things contemporary without being trendy.
Deliverables
• High-resolution still renders (print and screen formats) for each listed zone and the full exterior
• Source 3D file(s) in a common format (SketchUp, 3ds, or similar) so I can reference exact dimensions later
• A brief material and lighting legend so the builder understands finishes and colour temperatures
Acceptance criteria
Renders must align precisely with the drawings, show realistic light behaviour at different times of day, and maintain a consistent neutral colour scheme throughout.
If you are comfortable working closely to construction documents and can turn around accurate, elegant visuals, I’d love to collaborate.
