CAD to Photorealistic Rendering

I need some small mechanical CAD drawings to be converted into photorealistic images.

Requirements:
- Use existing CAD files I will provide
- Realistic textures and materials
- Accurate lighting and shadows
- Immersive background and environment
- 3 different photo realistic drawings with solar panel
