ARCHITECTURAL 3D MODELING & RENDERING
1. Overview & Timeline
Project Scope: Complete 3D modeling and Quality rendering for an architectural project.
Required Delivery: Within 4 to 6 days from project award.
Software Preference: SketchUp or 3Ds Max for modeling; Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or D5 Render for rendering. Source files must be delivered upon completion.
2. Deliverables & Shot List
A total of 7 finalized high-resolution render views are required:
Exterior (3 Views): Showcasing the overall form, material transitions, and architectural massing from key angles.
Interior Spaces (3 Views): One dedicated rendering for each of the 3 distinct room types, showcasing interior layouts and spatial volume.
Central Circular Ring Interior (1 View): A interior shot capturing the atmosphere inside the central social layer.
3. Spatial & Form Description
The Architectural Form
Four building block interlocked by one circular ring, in which two are twelve story with typical floor plans and are identical ( you made one and the second is same ) rest of the two are 3 story with roof top design these two are also identical. these 4 towers have facade detailing of commercial type.
The Ring Space: The circular ring is social pathway inside. It highlight biophilic pathway seating spaces in this, trees vegetation mostly. this is a stack structure and made of steel structure like in reference image ( reference image is AI generated for just understanding)
Interior Rooms
3 Distinct Room Types: Clean, functional layouts. The rendering style should emphasize natural day-lighting, minimal linear elements, and high-quality material textures.
