3D Architectural Rendering of Residential Plans
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We have a complete set of residential floor plans in AutoCAD (.dwg) and need them converted into highly detailed, photorealistic 3D renderings.
Scope of work:
• Import and accurately model the full building from DWG (walls, doors, windows, stairs, levels, etc.)
• Model all rooms with correct furniture, fixtures, sanitary, kitchen, wardrobes, lighting, etc.
• Apply realistic materials and textures (floors, walls, ceilings, wood, stone, glass, fabrics, metals)
• Set up natural daylight lighting for realistic interior and exterior renders
• Develop exterior with landscaping as per drawings (greenery, paving, driveway, boundary, outdoor elements)
• Create a clean bird’s-eye 3D floor plan view for easy layout understanding
• Produce high-resolution renders:
– 1 top 3D floor plan
– Multiple interior eye-level views
– Exterior front and overall building views
• Deliver the native 3D model file (.max / .skp / .fbx preferred) along with final images
Acceptance criteria:
• Dimensions must match AutoCAD drawings within normal architectural tolerance
• Furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, and landscape to be in correct locations
• Textures and lighting should look realistic and suitable for residential presentation
• One round of revisions included for materials, lighting, or camera angles
The final output should be presentation-quality, suitable for client approval and marketing.
