I want realistic 3d designs with walkthrough videos of modular Prefab duplex home

The final product needs to be affordable so Im not planning on proposing expensive/fancy designs.
I've attached cad drawings and sample photos (indicative only)
External finish should be textured paint
windows should have tinted glass (all different bright colors)
Internally walls are mostly plain & painted
Floors SPC
Bathroom walls and floors tiled (vanity counters, backlit mirrors, master floating wc, shower with shelves)

Please feel free to add design elements but do so considering that the budget will generally be minimal
