Project Title: 2D Video Animation with Pinpoints and Counter

I am looking for a skilled animator to create a captivating 2D video animation that starts at one geographically designated 1 sq mile on a google type map illustrating 400 designated pinpoints, representing our films subject matter, then gradually pulls back to a view of all of California to all of North America with 500,000 designated pinpoints. The animation should also include a counter that ramps up from the original 400 points to the 500k or 1m.

Duration: Less than 1 minute

Animation Style:
- The animation should be in 2D or 3D cgi style

Color and Theme:Uses actual google type maps
- While I do not have specific colors or themes in mind, I have a general idea of the look and feel I want for the animation. I am open to the designer's suggestions to bring this idea to life.
