20 sec 3D Character animation

I'm looking to get some help with 3 short 3D scenes.
I already have the character design in C4D and I'm looking to get FBX animations for 7 characters with specific movements to a total length of 20 sec.
I'm attaching a frame to give you an idea of the type of video.
