I'm in search of a freelancer who has already developed a 3D avatar website with the following features:

1. A capability of adding motion data from BVH or other animated avatars to a 3D avatar (in FBX format).
2. Integration of voice data (e.g., MP3) for lip sync if the animated avatar is suitable.
3. Rendering step where the user can download the final product as an MP4.

The ideal candidate would be
1. Freelancer who already developed, and, have his own website with above features.
2. Make minor modifications to enable the avatar to speak Korean.
- Conduct an installation followed by necessary adjustments to meet our specifications.

Please note, the modifications will involve:-
- General : An adjustment to the user registration process.
- Changes to the main interface.
- Alterations to the admin dashboard.

It would be requied to remove unnecessary components, and, Korean inteface.

Experience with 3D animation, web development, and Korean language integration is a plus.
