2D and 3D rooms "Turco street"

I need a patient planner to modify the project and get as many rooms as possible to rent to 2 friends or married people. Currently the property is to be built, there is only the building permit. The useful height is 2.7 metres while all the drying and laundry rooms are 2.6. There must be air conditioning in every room, a small bathroom with toilet, washbasin and a 90 cm shower, as well as a 30 litre water heater model ‘Ego 30’. A kitchenette with a refrigerator at least 180 cm high, a 1-bowl sink, 2 hotplates, a powerful extractor hood, a washing machine and wall units. A small table with 2 chairs, useful both for eating and for working on the laptop. Clearly as spacious cupboards as possible. First the 2D will have to be defined and then the 3D will be needed. The designer will have to provide both pdf and dwg and skp files. The furniture should be cheap and nice, like the ones in the Ikea shop. Attached you will find the actual design.
