I need someone to render as 3D remodel on existing home
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need the person to remodel the house according to my specifications generally, and model it 3D within 7 days, with the option of 2 sets of small changes based on client feedback.
The home is a 1400 sq ft ranch style house.
The yard with some basic landscaping, the exterior of the house and the interior.
The exterior of the house will remain board and batten. Just update the paint.
The roof will remain the same color.
The deck in front of the house will be removed.
A small patio the size of the porch roof is installed.
Window trim updated.
Exterior Door color changed.
Side porch is changed to have a small deck with rails.
The interior walls will have drywall with knock down texture with a bright color.
Ceilings are knock down, except kitchen which will be wood 1x 6” Tongue and Groove painted white.
Builder grade Lights planned throughout the house.
The kitchen needs to be designed builder grade.
Floor needs to be laminate flooring
Builder grade baseboards along walls
Add furniture and decorations
