I need a 3D animation (15 sec animation)

This would be a (15 second) 3D "wire drawing" animation, 2 Primary Elements, 1 Stock Royalty Free Background, No Audio, No Text, No Voice-over (just the animation). The Primary Elements are "Basic" wire frame drawings (think of a blueprint for a home/architectural drawing type of wire frame images) the animation would consist of 2 Primary images doing,1 "spin" each and then coming and "connecting."
