3d model of a young girl, to be used in illustrations for a children's book

I'm looking for a skilled 3D designer to create a realistic-looking young girl model for use in illustrations for a children's book. The model needs to be able to be posed and rigged for different positions so that I can create different illustrations with ease and versatility. I need to be able to control face expressions, move legs, arms and fingers. The girl has two braids that I also need to be able to move. I do not have any specific poses or actions in mind but I would like the model to be versatile enough to be posed in a variety of ways. I already haven 2D images of the girl in various poses, and I want the model to look as closely the same as on the images as possible. 4 images are enclosed as samples, I can provide more if needed. If you have the technical know-how and experience to produce a 3D model with detailed realism, I'd love to hear from you!
