3d model of generic apartment building

I need a 3d cutaway drawing/image of a generic apartment building. The building needs to have a basement and some generic mechanical equipment in it. I need the drawing to illustrate where to place a water treatment system. The water treatment system is installed in the basement on the potable water line. I somehow need the 3d model to show that the system is connected to bathrooms, washroom, kitchens etc...
