I am looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create a 3D model of a residential floor plan. The ideal freelancer for this job will have experience in creating realistic and detailed 3D models of interior spaces.
Your service is needed to develop a Floor plan of a Starlight house & 4 bedroom house plan
It has to be converted to high quality 3d modeling, rendering with
photorealistic 3d visualisations adding necessary attachment as a
professional.
1. 3d rendering images for interiors(a bedroom, living room
with a dinette).
2. exterior (front and back)adding necessary
attachment of your choice in modern quality styles in vogue..
3. Can you design the elevation plan of the house too.?.
Specific requirements for this project include:
- Creating a 3D model based on specific dimensions provided by the client.
- Incorporating any specific details or features provided by the client.
- Providing suggestions for additional features to enhance the 3D model.
Skills and experience required for this job:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately replicate dimensions and features.
