I'm looking for an experienced 3D animator

I'm looking for an experienced 3D animator who can create 3D characters on his own. It is required a strong understanding of the principles of animation and character anatomy, strong knowledge of bipedal and mechanical animations, knowledge of Maya, and a strong understanding of weight, balance, and timing. I need 3 mins of 3D animation. script and storyboard will be provided but first, we have to make a character should look like 10 years old small kid wearing an Arabic dress.
