I have a drawing of a super Hero that I need to turn into a 3d printable stl file

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to create a 3D printable STL file from a drawing of my super hero. The 3D model should have a detailed level of accuracy and be in the exact pose as per the drawing. I'm also looking for the 3D model to have approximate dimensions, though not necessarily exact.
