20 different 3D animated scenes

Hello. I need to create 20 different animated scenes for every single situation from this video https://youtu.be/NL1Qk2r_80c. I have already the football field created into 3d max program. So, mainly, I need to create one 3d football player which can simulate movements (body parts movings are important, not the face - so you can replicate the same face for all 16 players, 3 referees and 2 coaches.). I can pay max 100$ for creating just one footballplayer character and max 75$ for every explicative animated scene (every animated video scene will be no longer than 5 seconds)
