character 3D animation

hi i am looking for an animator specialized in 3D characters preferably who have some models already that i can chose from so if u do please mention it.

i need 5 different 10 second pose animations for 5 different characters

we use 3DS max so please mentions if you can export your animations to 3Ds max acceptable format
