bvh Converter - Retargeter

I got lots of (biped//human) bvh files and I need a simple windows desktop program to retarget (convert) these files to (biped//human) mixamo rigs. The program should let me select the bvh file as source and the miamo rig (fbx or dae) as target, also it should ask where to save the converted file. I don´t know what´s easier to code: convert the bvh files to work with the mixamo rigs, or convert the rigs to work with the bvh files. That is up to you!
