2D animation of a scientific concept

I am looking for an expert and experienced 2D animator to help bring a short scientific concept animation to life in 1-3 minutes. The scientific concept is of basic complexity and does not require a voice-over. The animator should be knowledgeable in the scientific background, use their creative skills to make a compelling story and use attention grabbing visuals to make sure the concept is understood.
