3D animation in Blender

Hi. The aim of this project is to create 3D animations from Bachata dance videos using Blender software. You can see the sample dance videos on https://bachatasteps.com. I will provide you the initial Blender file which includes two humanoid avatars alongside the dance videos which you need to create the animations from. You are expected to manipulate the avatar joints in Blender according to how dancers move in the video to replicate their dances in the Blender. At the end, you are expected to send me the Blender file of each dance. The only thing matters in the animation is exact replication of joint movements from videos (No need for background, clothes, or ...). I have hundreds of videos which needs to be converted to Blender animations. I can hire as many people as people possible and you can convert as many as videos you like to animations (two or hundreds).
For start, I will send you the Blender file which includes two humanoid avatar and a very short dance video. You will convert this very short video to animation as sample. We will use this sample to evaluate your work quality and you can have an idea of how much work it takes, so you can tell me the pay you expect for this job.
