3D Workflow Process Animation

Job ID: 40507969

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

I’m putting together a concise, instructional 3D animation that walks viewers through our internal workflow from start to finish. The piece needs to feel clear and educational rather than flashy, so every scene should focus on explaining the steps in a way anyone can grasp.

Here’s what I already know I’ll need:
• Characters that represent the key roles in the process
• Objects that illustrate each stage (machines, documents, dashboards, etc.)
• On-screen text and labels that call out the critical actions and data points

I can supply a written outline of the workflow along with brand colors, sample UI screens, and reference photos of the equipment we use. From you I’d like:

1. A quick storyboard or animatic so we agree on pacing, camera moves, and messaging.
2. The full 3D animation (around 60–90 seconds) rendered in 1080p, delivered as an MP4 plus the project source files (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or whichever package you prefer).
3. Up to two rounds of minor revisions to tighten timing, swap labels, or tweak materials.

The end goal is a polished, informative video that training staff can plug straight into our LMS with no extra editing. If you’ve handled similar corporate explainers or product walkthroughs, send over a couple of links so I can see how you simplify complex processes on screen.
