I'm designing a modern residential building with 27 units and need a talented 3D visualizer. The job includes creating:
- Around 20 exterior 3D images from different angles focusing on the facade, entrance, rooftop, amenities and how the building integrates with the surrounding landscape.
- 10 interior images of a single apartment. This will cover the living room, bedroom, kitchen, balcony and a view from the balcony. Key features to highlight include details in the living room and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom features, as well as hallways and communal spaces.
- 3D integration of the building onto an aerial image of the intended site.
The building's exterior will follow a modern architectural style, while the interior design should be minimalist and adhere to a pastel color scheme with simple textures.
Ideal candidates for this project should be:
