3D Visualization for Garden Renovation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled 3D artist/freelancer to assist in creating high-quality, accurate, and photo-realistic renderings for a two-stage garden renovation project. The work will involve creating detailed models of the current environment and visualizing proposed renovations in a compelling and realistic way.
Stage 1 (without photogrammetry) - $250: Existing Site Modeling & Basic 3D Renderings
In this phase, the selected freelancer will:
• Create basic 3D models of the surrounding buildings with accurate proportional scaling.
• Apply image textures to the modeled buildings for realism.
• Accurately model the existing garden, including:
• Trees
• Concrete benches
• Monument
• Permanent concrete structures
• Model the pavement surrounding the perimeter of the garden as well as the walkways across the road, ensuring both are shown in a renovated, clean, and well-maintained style.
• Include garden fence posts in the model.
Stage 2 - $100 (without photogrammetry): Proposed Garden Renovation Visualizations
In this phase, the freelancer will work closely with us to design and render the envisioned renovations, including:
• A redesigned garden layout featuring:
• Pagoda-style seating areas
• Defined plant beds and grassy zones
• A mix of Coral rock and coral paving flooring
• Walkways, paths, and entrance designs
• A well-designed fence surrounding the entire garden
• A visitor-friendly plaque describing the garden’s historical significance
• A cleaned and refurbished monument
• Upgraded and beautified walkways surrounding the garden
• Lighting Design:
• Warm uplighting and downlighting integrated into trees and plant beds
• Overhead warm-colored lampposts placed strategically to illuminate seating areas and walkways
Deliverables:
• Accurate and proportionate 3D models of the existing and proposed garden site
• High-resolution, photo-realistic rendered images of the renovated garden and surroundings
• Source files for all 3D models and textures used
• An interactive, navigable 3D rendered model suitable for live presentations (e.g., in real-time walkthrough format)
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property:
• This project is private and confidential. Work completed must not be shared in any public portfolio, website, social media, or promotional material.
• We retain full intellectual property rights to all models, assets, designs, and renderings created as part of this project.
