LUXURY MOUNTAIN HOUSE IN SPAIN – 3D MODELING, PHOTOREALISTIC RENDERS & WALKTHROUGH ANIMATION

PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented architectural visualization specialist to create a highly realistic 3D model, photorealistic renders and walkthrough animation for a private luxury mountain residence currently in design development.
The project is located in the mountains north of Madrid, Spain, at approximately 1,200 meters elevation.
The house is a contemporary mountain retreat inspired by Aspen, Jackson Hole and Scandinavian architecture.
The design combines:
• Thermally modified timber cladding
• Dark standing-seam zinc roofs
• Large panoramic glazing
• Minimal natural stone
• Contemporary mountain architecture
• Warm and understated luxury
• Strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces
• Integration with the natural landscape
The objective is not simply to create beautiful images.
The objective is to accurately visualize the future house before construction begins, helping us validate proportions, spatial quality, materials and design decisions.
DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED
The selected freelancer will receive:
• DWG architectural drawings
• PDF plans, elevations and sections
• Site topography information DWG
• Design references
• Material references
• Inspiration images and mood boards
SCOPE OF WORK
1. COMPLETE 3D MODELING
Create a detailed architectural model including:
• House exterior
• Terrain and topography
• Swimming pool
• Main terraces
• Roofs and architectural details
• Main interior spaces
• Basic landscape elements
2. PHOTOREALISTIC EXTERIOR RENDERS
Minimum required views:
• South façade with pool
• North entrance façade
• Aerial drone perspective
• View from pool toward the house
• Twilight / sunset atmosphere
• Winter version with snow
3. PHOTOREALISTIC INTERIOR RENDERS
Minimum required views:
Double-height Living Room
• 3 perspectives
Main Staircase
• 2 perspectives
Master Bedroom
• 2 perspectives
Master Bathroom
• 2 perspectives
Library / Club Room
• 2 perspectives
Additional high-value viewpoints are welcome.
4. 3D AXONOMETRIC VIEW
Provide one complete axonometric view showing the overall design and spatial organization of the house.
5. WALKTHROUGH ANIMATION
One video walkthrough between 60 and 90 seconds showing:
• Exterior arrival sequence
• Main living spaces
• Staircase
• Views toward the landscape
• Pool and outdoor areas
REVISIONS
The project is still evolving.
Please include a minimum of 8 revision rounds.
We expect design refinements during development and want a collaborative process.
QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
This is extremely important:
We are not looking for AI-generated concept art.
We are looking for architectural accuracy.
Priority should be given to:
• Correct proportions
• Realistic dimensions
• Accurate spatial perception
• Architectural realism
• Material realism
• Natural lighting
• Buildable design representation
The final result should help us understand exactly how the house will feel once built.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Applicants with proven experience in the following will be strongly preferred:

We are looking for a long-term collaborator, as additional render packages and at least 10 new developments and future visualization work may follow during and after the development of the project.
