Video Animation

I am looking for a talented animator to create a video for me in the 2D Animation style. I am open to any color scheme and design elements, but the video should be finished within a minute in length. The animator should communicate with me periodically throughout the project to ensure a successful result. I have the story line in mind which does not require a voice over. I need the project to be finished as soon as possible.
