Ultra-Realistic Rally Simulation on Multiple Platforms

I'm seeking a skilled simulation developer to create an ultra-realistic Group B rally racing simulation. The simulation should be compatible with Windows, PlayStation and Xbox S|X.
Priority will be given to the creating the simulation for the following platforms: Windows, PlayStation, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. The project needs someone with a keen eye for detail, as I'm looking for an ultra-realistic recreation of group B rally racing, not an arcade-style or semi-realistic rendition.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in simulation development is a must.
- Knowledge and experience with Windows, PlayStation and Xbox Series X/S is essential.
- Proven ability to create ultra-realistic graphics and simulations.
- Understanding of rally racing, especially the specifics of Group B, is a plus.
