Our luxury hotel consists of 2 buildings (6 & 4 floors) with a total combined area of approximately 3300 square meters. We require detailed and realistic renderings for various areas of the hotel, including bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas, bathrooms, closets, hallways, lobbies, stairways, fitness center, recording studio, executive office, spas, robotic bar, and rooftop decks.
Essential Skills:
Expertise in 3D modeling software
Proficiency in lighting and shading techniques
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Experience in commercial property rendering
Submission Process:
