Truckstop 3D Renderings & Layout

I need photorealistic architectural visuals for a new commercial truckstop concept. The priority is a full property-wide layout that clearly shows fuel pump islands, underground tank positions, truck parking bays and the main service buildings. From that master layout I also want a set of exterior 3D renderings—day and night views—to help investors understand traffic flow, safety lighting and general curb appeal.

I will supply a rough site sketch, dimensions, zoning setbacks and any branding guides as soon as we start. You’ll translate that into:

• A clean, scalable site plan (PDF + CAD or comparable source file)
• 3–4 high-resolution renderings from different angles, suitable for print and web

Please use whichever tool you’re strongest in—SketchUp + Lumion, Revit + Enscape, 3ds Max + V-Ray, etc.—as long as the final images look realistic and the linework remains editable for future revisions.

These will be used for financing and presented to a bank
Acceptance criteria
1. Layout accurately matches provided dimensions and includes pumps, tanks, buildings and parking circulation.
2. Renderings delivered at minimum 4K resolution with consistent materials, lighting and signage.
3. Two rounds of minor tweaks included after first draft.
