Traditional Pool 3D Rendering

I already have measured plans for a new pool along with a full set of site photos, and I’d like those turned into a realistic traditional-style rendering. The goal is to see exactly how the pool will sit in the existing backyard, complete with a concrete pool deck and a tasteful selection of outdoor furniture so our stakeholders can visualise traffic flow and seating.

What I will supply to you right away:
• PDF or DWG with pool dimensions, elevations and equipment locations
• A folder of reference photos covering every angle of the yard
• Notes on preferred furniture pieces to include in the scene

What I need back:
• A high-resolution still (4K) from at least two viewpoints that clearly show the pool, concrete deck texture and furniture layout
• The original source file (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion or similar—use whichever tool you’re most comfortable with) so we can make minor tweaks later
• A short fly-through clip would be a bonus, though not mandatory

The rendering should lean into the traditional aesthetic—nothing ultra-modern—so think warm lighting, classic lines and materials that complement the concrete deck. If anything in the brief is unclear, let me know early; otherwise, I’m ready to send you the files and get started.
