Traditional Home Photorealistic Renderings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a set of photorealistic visuals that will let my clients “walk around” and “step inside” a traditionally styled house before a single brick is laid. You’ll be working from my fully dimensioned plans and elevations, as well as photos of houses I already finished, to create five high-resolution images:
• Two street-facing exterior elevations
• Three interior perspectives including furniture and other details – living room, kitchen/dining, and master bedroom
The architectural language is Traditional/transitional, and I will supply an exact color palette so the exterior and interiors match the rest of the development. Exterior walls should read as a textured stucco finish; please render that material with convincing texture, natural weathering, and accurate light behavior.
Once we agree on camera angles, I’ll forward the PDF files, color codes, furniture references, and any additional sketches you need. Final output should be presentation-ready PNG/JPG (4K or higher) plus the editable scene file from your preferred package—V-Ray, Corona, Lumion or similar—so my team can generate extra views later if required.
Quality bar: hyperrealistic rendering including life-like lighting, realistic reflections, no visible noise or artefacts, and consistent detailing across all five images. If that sounds clear, let’s get started—I’m ready to share the plans right away.
