Super Center Storage 3D Model Refinement
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I have a nearly finished SketchUp 3D model of Super Center Storage, a storage facility currently under construction. I need a skilled 3D artist to refine the model, enhance the scene, and produce semi-photorealistic renders that I can use for marketing and promotional materials.
Tasks Required:
1. Environment Enhancements:
o Add a realistic sky to improve the scene.
o Incorporate 184 Street in front of the storage facility (basic road elements, sidewalks, etc.).
o Improve the background environment to make the scene feel more complete and realistic.
2. Additional RVs & Scene Details:
o Populate the background with more RVs, trailers, and other appropriate elements to represent a busy, active storage facility.
o Adjust lighting to make the scene natural and visually appealing.
3. High-Quality Rendering:
o Produce several high-resolution, semi-photorealistic renders suitable for printing and online marketing.
o Render from multiple angles to showcase the facility effectively.
o The final images should be clean, sharp, and professional-looking.
Deliverables:
• Updated SketchUp model with improvements.
• High-resolution rendered images (JPEG or PNG, at least 300 DPI for print use).
• Source files if adjustments are needed later (preferably in SketchUp and/or V-Ray/Lumion format).
Ideal Freelancer:
• Proficient in SketchUp and rendering software.
• Experience in architectural visualization and creating semi-photorealistic renders.
• Ability to work efficiently and deliver within a short timeframe (preferably within 1 week).
Additional Notes:
• I will provide the SketchUp model and any reference images you need.
• The scene should look realistic yet clean and professional, without unnecessary over-stylization.
• If you have a portfolio with similar architectural or real estate renderings, please include samples.
