2D Sports Footage Animation

I'm looking for an animator who can transform sports footage into 2D animations. The animator will need to animate the full scene, not just character movements or background elements. The level of detail required is moderately detailed, so the animations should be clear and easy to follow, but not overly complex. We need 4 x 10 sec scenes.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in 2D animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony)
- Strong understanding of sports sequences and the ability to capture the dynamics of the movements
- Previous experience with scene-level animation
- Able to create clean, moderately detailed animations.
