Spec Home 3D Walkthrough
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a complete set of construction documents in both DWG and PDF along with a finalised materials-and-finishes schedule. I need those plans turned into photoreal interior/exterior renderings and a smooth, silent walkthrough video backed by upbeat music. The film must linger on the kitchen, living room, every bedroom and each bathroom, giving viewers a vivid sense of scale, finishes and flow so the home can be marketed off-plan.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• High-resolution stills and one HD (or higher) MP4 walkthrough, colour-graded and ready for web, social media and client presentations.
• Accurate modelling that matches the supplied CAD geometry and specified materials—no placeholder surfaces.
• Natural daylight and evening lighting sequences to help buyers visualise ambience at different times of day.
• Clean, continuous camera paths that showcase cabinetry details, fixture choices and ceiling heights without abrupt cuts.
• Upbeat, royalty-free soundtrack mixed under dialogue-free footage.
I’ll provide:
• DWG and PDF sets, plus the finish schedule.
• Reference mood images for colour tone.
Please let me know which software pipeline you prefer—3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine or similar—along with your timeframe and a link to past residential walkthroughs. I’ll review a low-res draft first for camera approval before final rendering.
