3d Skin animation

We need a skin cube creating this is a block of flesh with the skin on the surface. The animation needs to show this being injected in diffrent direction to create a latice under the surface of the skin and then the animation needs to show the fat cells under the skin filling in the latice to plump and smooth the surface.
