SketchUp Retail & Warehouse Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a new project that combines a modern-minimalist retail store with adjoining office-warehouse space, and I need the entire concept built in Google SketchUp from the ground up. The focus is on clean lines, efficient circulation, and a façade that immediately communicates a contemporary brand identity.
Scope
• Model the full shell and interior of the retail store in a modern, minimalist aesthetic.
• Integrate an attached or nearby warehouse/office area so stock flow feels seamless.
• Give special attention to the main entrance, the full street-facing façade, and a clearly laid-out parking area for customers and staff.
Deliverables
1. Editable .skp file (SketchUp 2021 or later).
2. High-resolution still renders of key views: façade, entrance, sales floor, warehouse connection, and parking layout.
3. A short walkthrough animation (30–60 sec) that shows customer approach, entry, and internal flow.
Acceptance Criteria
• Accurate real-world dimensions and scale.
• Consistent modern-minimalist finishes, materials, and lighting.
• Parking spaces meet local size standards and line up logically with the building entrance.
• All items grouped and layered logically for easy future edits.
