Simple Animation Project - Urgent

Hi,
I need a 30 second long animation project with not very high resolution. It can be done in Blender or 3DS Max. There will be 5-6 scenes in total. I visualized the scenes as a bit of painting. If necessary, we can make changes to the scenes and details when we agree.
It is not a problem to make using ready-made characters on the Internet.
