AI Sign Language Translator Mobile App

​Project Title: AI-Powered Sign Language Translation App with 3D Avatar (iOS & Android)
​Project Description:
​I am looking for an expert developer/team to build a mobile application that bridges the communication gap for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. The app must feature:
​Sign-to-Text/Speech: Real-time translation of sign language into text and audio using the phone's camera (Computer Vision).
​Text/Speech-to-Sign (3D Avatar): A core feature where written or spoken input is translated into sign language performed by a 3D Avatar, similar to the "Hand Talk" app functionality.
​Bilingual Support: Initial support for Arabic and English sign languages.
​Cross-Platform: Developed using Flutter or React Native.
​Technical Requirements:
​AI/ML: Proficiency in TensorFlow Lite, MediaPipe, or OpenCV for gesture recognition.
​3D Animation: Experience in integrating and animating 3D characters (Unity or similar engines) within a mobile app.
​Cloud Services: Firebase or AWS for backend and data management.
​Deliverables:
​Full UI/UX Design.
​Integrated AI model for gesture recognition.
​Functional 3D Avatar for reverse translation.
​App Store & Google Play deployment.
