Short Animation in Blender (30 second loop)

I would like you to make me a short animation of two characters (already modelled & rigged) in blender, in a disused warehouse type space, stopping a record player (this would need to be modelled and animated) and then both characters pacing round the space in despair, in a loop (30 seconds).

I would like a screen recording of the process, all blender assets and the final animation signing over with the IP transfer.
