Sheats Goldstein Residence
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for someone to craft a detailed 3D model of the sheats goldstein residence in LA, including the interiors. The house is well documented online, so it is a straightforward task. A rough terrain should be included as well. The interior should be detailed as well, including furniture (which is an integral part of John Lautners design).
The annex with club and tennis court etc. that has been built later is not required. Only the original house from the sixties.
The model needs to be optimized, so that it can be used in a real-time setting with VR or Mobile Applications. The Whole model must not be larger than 900k triangles, preferrably around 750k. This limit includes the architectural model and the interior, no vegetation.
The model should be textured as well, as realistically as possible while keeping performance in mind. Re-use materials where you can etc.
The price I have in mind is around $100-200. You are welcome to make an offer in this range including your portfolio and references.
