Self Explanatory Animated Video of an Equipment Concept

Need to have an animated video made including 8 X 8 vehicles with winch and rope mechanism, hydraulics and other details. The vehicles have to lay a net over a linear area. More details to be shared after award of project. The requirement is to have a professional, upmarket, self explanatory, conceptual animation with step by step explaining the concept.
