Rustic Guest House Architectural Design
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I need an architectural design for a rustic-style guest house at a hill station, primarily for vacation rental.
In scope:
- Site Plan: Should show the relationship between the buildings, parking, access roads, entrance, exit, security room, utilities, landscape and other site features.
- Grading Plan: Design document outlining proposed changes to site topography like excavation, filling, and grading.
- Boundary and Building Setback: Along with outer wall design.
Out of scope:
- Floor plan.
Output:
- Deliverables expected in reusable formats like AutoCAD, SketchUp, visualizable in 3D. You have to mention your deliverable list.
- Walk-through session with your deliverable.
Input:
- Building plan (outline)
- Site topo map
- Site contour map
Note:
- All plans should be in 2D/3D format, with heights properly aligned across all objects and with the contour map.
