Robotic CT System Animation

Job ID: 33877099

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

Prisma Imaging has developed a robotic system that performs CT and radiographic imaging of horses. The animation that we want to create needs to include the following:
• The horse is led into the imaging theater
• The containment stanchion (see attached PPT that show what this) is fitted around the horse.
• The motion correction array (I’ll attach video showing what this is) is fitted around the horse’s leg
• The single robot moves into positioning for a CT image of the horse’s leg (front)
• The robot goes around the horse’s legs acquiring the images
• We also show the system's motion correction system (which are the motion correction cameras that are mounted above the horse. I’ve attached a photo showing these)
• The imaging is finished, the containment stanchion opens and the horse is led out of the imaging theater.
I want to include animation that illustrates the image acquisition that occurs during the imaging study.

I also want to include animation that shows how the motion correction works. The motion correction system monitors any movement that may occur during image acquisition (by tracking the motion correction array) and it integrates that data into the CT reconstruction software, correcting for any motion that may have occurred during image acquisition and transforms what would have been a blurry imaging study into high-quality, diagnostic quality.

We have the hardware of the system in Solidworks which we use to do the robotic simulations which I believe we could convert to other formats. I’m attaching a simulation to show this.
