Robot Rig with controls (Only 3dsMax)

I am looking for a freelancer to create a robot rig with controls for a factory hydraulic robot. The main functionality of the robot rig will be animation, and the controls should be simple and basic.

I am an artist myself but I am working on other areas of the project and I know that a specialist animator can help me with this task fairly quickly.
