Rhino 7/8 Architectural Modeler

I need detailed 3D building models produced directly in Rhino version 7 or 8. The work is pure architectural design rather than product, jewelry, or rendering tasks, so every file you hand over should be clean, layer-organized geometry that is ready for downstream documentation and visualization.

Scope
• Create accurate exterior and core interior massing based on PDFs and DWGs I will supply.
• Follow my layer, block, and naming conventions so the model remains editable.
• Maintain real-world units and tolerances suitable for construction coordination.
• Deliver native .3dm files plus any linked textures or reference files.

Acceptance
The model must open error-free in Rhino 8, pass the Check command with no naked edges, and match the provided plans within ±2 mm. Once that is confirmed, I release the milestone and we can move to any requested revisions.

If you are fluent in Rhino’s latest SubD and QuadRemesh tools, that is a bonus but not mandatory; NURBS precision is the priority. Please share a brief note about relevant Rhino architectural projects and your typical turnaround time for a mid-rise building shell.
