Restaurant Golf Concept 3D Renders
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m putting together a new golf-themed entertainment venue that blends a casual restaurant with practice bays and short-game fun. To secure investors and navigate the approvals process, I need a cohesive visual package that brings the idea to life.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Exterior concept renders – a few eye-catching, basic-level visuals that show massing, façade rhythm, outdoor seating, and how the course elements wrap around the building. Photorealism isn’t required; clean conceptual renders that sell the overall form and flow are perfect.
• Interior kitchen render – one highly communicative shot of the back-of-house layout. I need equipment placement, service corridors, and sight-lines to the pass window shown clearly so the chef and GC can weigh in early.
• Professional site plan & floor layout – a dimensioned drawing (PDF + source file) combining parking, pedestrian flow, landscaping strips, driving bays and the restaurant footprint. I’ll provide the rough survey and any CAD underlays I already have.
Preferred workflow: SketchUp or Revit for modeling, AutoCAD, Archicad or Vectorworks for the site plan, and V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape for rendering—pick what you’re fastest with. Final files must be editable so my local architect can tweak them during permitting.
Timeline is flexible but I’d like first drafts within one week, with one revision round after stakeholder feedback.
If this sounds like a fun project, let me know how you’d tackle it, what software you’d use, and drop a sample or two of similar hospitality work you’ve done.
