Residential Bedroom 3D Visualization

I’m refreshing my home and would like a realistic 3-dimensional rendering of the bedroom so I can finalise colours, lighting and furniture placement before committing to any purchases.
Here’s what I’m expecting:
• One photorealistic still rendering from at least two angles, plus the original, editable scene file (SketchUp, lumion v ray autocad ).
• Lighting that reflects typical daylight and a night-time mood so I can judge both scenarios.
• Finishes and textures matched to reference photos or swatches that I will provide.

Please send a brief but detailed project proposal explaining the software you prefer, your workflow, the number of revisions included and an estimated timeline. Past work is welcome if it helps illustrate your style, but I will prioritise proposals that clearly outline how you plan to tackle this specific bedroom.
