Repair Unprintable 3D Model
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a 3D model that refuses to print because it generates an empty layer part-way through the slice. The file opens fine, so the trouble is in the geometry itself. I need someone who can quickly pinpoint and repair whatever is causing that empty layer—whether it’s a hidden hole, stray non-manifold edge, or overlapping faces—so the model becomes fully watertight and printable.
I’m slicing with Bambu Studio, so the finished model must pass its built-in checks and slice cleanly without gaps. A corrected STL or 3MF is all I need; no aesthetic changes, just a solid, error-free version ready to drop into the slicer.
Please:
• Inspect and repair the model using your preferred tools (Meshmixer, Netfabb, Blender, or similar).
• Verify in Bambu Studio that the slice preview shows no missing layers.
• Return the fixed file along with a short note outlining what you changed.
This is a straightforward repair, so a fast turnaround is appreciated.
