Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Visualisation / 3D Rendering Specialist to produce high-quality photorealistic concept images of a proposed architecturally integrated rooftop digital media structure on an existing two-storey commercial building in Adelaide, South Australia.

These visualisations will be used for property owner presentations, council planning discussions, and investor presentations, so a high level of architectural accuracy, realism and attention to detail is essential.

This is not a simple Photoshop editing project. We require a realistic 3D architectural visualisation that integrates the proposed structure seamlessly into the existing building, making it appear as though it has already been constructed.

Scope of Work

Using the photographs, building plans and design information supplied, create a series of photorealistic architectural renders incorporating:

* Rooftop LED digital display (12.66m W × 3.35m H × 600mm D)
* Concealed structural steel support frame
* Rear maintenance platform and safety walkway
* Architectural aluminium vertical fins with a "Hound Tooth" cascading design
* Horizontal architectural blade connecting the fins
* Integrated façade treatment and premium architectural detailing
* Realistic materials, lighting, reflections and shadows

The overall design should resemble a premium architectural extension to the building rather than a conventional billboard installation.

Information Supplied - The successful freelancer will receive:

* Existing site photographs
* Building floor plans
* Approximate building dimensions
* Digital display dimensions
* Previous concept designs
* Architectural reference images
* Design notes and direction
* Deliverables

Please provide:

* 3–5 photorealistic renders from different viewpoints
* High-resolution PNG/JPG files suitable for presentations
* Editable 3D source files (SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max or equivalent)
* Layered PSD files (if Photoshop is used)

Preferred Software - Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

3. Blender
4. Autodesk 3ds Max
5. AutoCAD
6. Revit
7. Photoshop

Required Experience - Applicants should demonstrate experience in:
1. Architectural visualisation

5. Structural steel modelling
6 Any previous planning or development presentation imagery
